Extursion
ISP Extrusion Department contains state of the art 24 extrusion machines.
In detail
- 16 Updated HD Extrusion Machines are running now.
- 6 LD Extrusion Machines out of which one is 3 Layer machine imported from China.
- 2 PP Extrusion machines are working with good production capacity.
All most all machines are imported from China and Taiwan. A few of machines are locally manufactured by the best Leading manufacturers of Pakistan. Every machine is working at high speed with high production capacity along with best quality products.

Printing
ISP Extrusion Department consits of two sections
- Flexographic Printing
- Rotogravure Printing
Felxographic Printing
In this section three newly imported flexographic machines are running now. All machines have 6 color printing ability.
Every machine is of high speed out of which one is imported from Turkey and remaining two are imported from Taiwan.
- To minimize the job setting time we have digital Flexographic mounting machines.
- In this section we have in house flexographic plate making facility also which minimizes the production time.
We have recently imported a new Rotogravure Machine from China which is of very high speed and gives best quality printing. This machine has 8 colors job Printing facility.
In this section three Slitting Machines are also imported from best manufacturer of the world
- 1 imported from China
- 1 imported from Korea
- 1 imported from Taiwan
Along with this we also have supporting machines like Dry Lamination Machine which works at very high speed and imported from China.
One Rewinding Machine is also a part of this section which is imported from Japan.

Sealing
This department have 37 machines to minimize the overall production time for end product.
In detail following machines are available
- 1 twist gusset machine
- 11 side sealing machines
- 21 bottom sealing machines
- 1 sealing machine with automatic folding facility
- 1 High Speed Gloves making Machine is also available
- 1 T-Shirt bag making Single Line machine and 1 T-Shirt bag Double Line machine
Out of 11 side seal machines two machines have automatic loop handle cutting and punching facility for bag making also. Similarly, out of 21 bottom sealing machines two machines have automatic patch cut facility on bags for handling.
All the machines are versatile and automatic in working.
